Here at UPP we currently have an opportunity for a Facilities Officer to join our onsite team in Nottingham This is a zero hour contract with an hourly rate of £13.86. As a Facilities Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the residence management team in maintaining a safe, well-equipped, and customer-focused environment. You’ll help ensure that student residents have a secure and comfortable space£ the terms of their licence agreement. Role responsibilities include: Carry out regular walks around the residence and grounds, reporting any security/safety issues Monitor and control health, safety and maintenance standards within residence and grounds Respond effectively to fire alarm activations and liaise with the emergency services Monitor the signing in and out of all guests, visitors and contractors Complete help desk forms for reactive maintenance and pass to the relevant persons Deal with queries and complaints in an efficient, professional and courteo...
