General Summary: The Vice President – Head of Project Finance is responsible for Solect’s project financing arrangements, including financing and refinancing project debt, tax equity, and back-leverage facilities. This leader oversees finance execution priorities across the portfolio, drives capital-raising and cost-optimization initiatives, and partners closely with Corporate Finance and cross-functional teams to deliver timely, bankable financings that support Solect’s growth objectives.
