KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Typical related responsibilities may include: - Managing the company’s diverse real estate initiatives - Contribution in defining strategy in an effort to maximize top line revenues and to ensure appropriate cost control measures are achieved - With the Asset Manager, define and execute the 5Y business plan strategy for each shopping centres in his/her portfolio - Monitor and analyse all operational KPIs - Prepare operational updates for quarterly board meetings - Supporting appraisal evaluations - Participation in property tours with teams and third-party service providers - Support in preparation of financial analysis for lease recommendations - Assistance during acquisition and disposals of properties, including due diligence - Research and analysis of industry trends, competitors, tenants, etc. - Support to the Asset Manager REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: Place of work: HQ - Milan - At least 1-2 years experience in the same position - Proficiency in English is a must as presentations / documents are prepared for the HQ - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft© Excel, Word and PowerPoint - Familiarity with financial concepts and modeling - Familiarity with acco...
