PURPOSE: The purpose of the Sales Manager position is to perpetuate and implement company strategies and policies to increase sales growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and directing all sales activities within their designated responsibilities. Additional responsibility is to lead, guide, coach, mentor, and manage the sales team with the goal of increasing market share.
