Position Summary: As a member of the Aetna Group Retiree Product & Innovation team, the Sr. Manager, Product & Innovation will support a multi-functional team to develop, produce, pilot, implement, and service new products/programs designed to meet current and emerging market needs, drive significant profitable growth and retention of our market. The Sr. Manager will partner with cross business and enterprise resources and contribute across strategy, business development, product gating and prioritization, and member / sponsor experience design and execution areas.
