Job Description: The Human Resources Generalist, Commercial partners closely with the North America Commercial organization to support business success through hands‑on HR support, employee relations expertise, and strong partnership with leaders. This role serves as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, delivering practical and compliant HR solutions across the employee lifecycle while supporting talent, performance, and engagement initiatives aligned to business priorities. This position requires a proactive, detail‑oriented HR professional who is comfortable operating independently, navigating employee relations matters, and collaborating across HR Centers of Excellence and Shared Services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as a primary HR point of contact for Commercial leaders and employees, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and employee lifecycle matters.
