Our bioengineers make use of an in-house automated foundry for designing and building new organisms. Position Summary: We are seeking a Lead Scientist to drive the evolution of Ginkgo’s automated antibody production and developability platforms. This role is pivotal in bridging complex antibody engineering, specifically bi- and multi-specific formats, with Ginkgo’s RAC (Reconfigurable Automation Cart) systems. The ideal candidate is a technical expert in antibody transfection, purification, and characterization who thrives on translating manual workflows into robust, automated pipelines.
