Scope of Position: As a Field Service Engineer, you will help advance ALC’s business through helping expand our Aftermarket Services on complicated systems. We are looking for a team member who is self-motivated, detail oriented, and is customer focused. You will work on solving increasingly complex problems and assist in the training and development of less experienced Field Service Engineers. Essential Job Functions: Provide solutions to increasingly complex system problems and lead others on how to resolve problems.
