Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Clinician, ED Crisis to join our team! The ED Crisis Clinician is a licensed mental health professional who provides essential front-line support within the Emergency Department. Working independently in a fast-paced clinical environment, the clinician delivers immediate crisis assessment, intervention, and short-term therapeutic support to individuals and families experiencing mental health emergencies. Core responsibilities include conducting comprehensive clinical assessments, formulating individualized intervention and referral plans, and determining appropriate levels of care. All services are delivered through a trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and patient-centered lens. In addition to direct clinical care, the ED Crisis Clinician serves as a key resource to the interdisciplinary team, offering consultation on the psychosocial dimensions of patient care.
