Role Summary Pure Industrial is seeking an Associate to join their Debt Capital Markets team. As a key member of the Debt Capital Markets team, you will assist in the underwriting, structuring and execution of various debt financing solutions to support our investments, acquisitions, and ongoing debt portfolio strategies. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders—including lenders, sponsor, and other corporate teams—while driving analytical rigor and process efficiency. Core Responsibilities: - Asist in origination of large volume of bank balance sheet, CMBS and other loans associated with Pure Industrial’s acquisitions, dispositions, development, and refinancing activities. A typical year at Pure Industrial involves multi-million dollars of borrowing activities. - Have experience underwriting lending transactions, perform detailed financial modeling and analysis to evaluate financing, including cash flow projections and/or cost estimation.
