TITLE: Assistant Director Civic Engagement: JOB SUMMARY: The Assistant Director Civic Engagement in the Center for Student Involvement advances a campus-wide culture of civic engagement by integrating leadership, student engagement, and service into the co-curricular experience. This role advises the Student Government Association, mentors student leaders, and fosters ethical decision-making and meaningful dialogue. In collaboration with campus and community partners, the Assistant Director develops and facilitates a range of civic learning initiatives, including service projects, voter engagement, and community partnerships. Through these efforts, the position promotes civic leadership, social responsibility, and positive social change. The performance evaluation is conducted through the performance evaluation system and in accordance with the University Policies and Procedures.
