Title: Project Procurement Manager KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) provides holistic and value-added solutions across the entire asset life cycle. These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets. KBR is looking for a Project Procurement Manager (PPM) is responsible for leading all procurement and materials management activities for a large-scale capital project within an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) environment. This role ensures timely, cost-effective, compliant acquisition of engineered equipment, bulk materials, and subcontracted services in alignment with project schedules, budgets, contractual obligations, and applicable regulatory requirements—including Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) where applicable.
