Global Payroll Senior Analyst

As Marqeta’s Global Payroll Senior Analyst , you will be responsible for combining technical expertise, project management, and employee relations. Your primary focus will be on Payroll Processing, using the Paylocity and Cloudpay Payroll system and/or preparing monthly international payroll instructions for third-party vendors. Additionally, you will support internal payroll projects and work closely with the greater Payroll team. You will also serve as a trusted advisor to both third-party vendors and payroll partners regarding integrated solutions and implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people, payroll, project management, implementation, and problem-solving. This role requires a self-motivated professional who consistently brings a high level of dedication to projects and teammates, along with the ability to strategically and tactically navigate the unique challenges that innovation presents.
