Job Title Program Manager Campus Community and Events Job Description: As Program Manager Campus Community and Events at Philips High Tech Campus Eindhoven, you are responsible for shaping, coordinating and delivering our site-wide event and engagement program and the program’s supporting internal communications. You translate the needs of the community and leadership of Philips at HTC into a coherent annual event- and communication calendar that strengthens connection, innovation, and engagement across businesses and functions located at HTC. Key Responsibilities: Site Event & Program Management: - Own and coordinate the HTC site event program, including flagship events such as Innovation for Breakfast, Open Day, Christmas Party, and other site-wide initiatives. - Develop and maintain an engaging annual event and program calendar aligned with site priorities and community needs, including on-boarding events for new employees and fun celebrations of select special days or holidays each month. - Ensure consistent, high-quality engagement and execution of events across the calendar as measured through event awareness, attendance and NPS.
