SUMMARY OF POSITION: Dream Finders Homes is currently seeking an experienced Senior Internal Auditor to join our growing Internal Audit team. The successful candidate will be an independent self-starter with strong attention to detail, a drive to accomplish goals and focused on quality results. The ideal team member is an effective communicator who works with cross functional teams to analyze problems and manage multiple priorities. The Senior Internal Auditor will be responsible for planning, executing, and leading various financial, operational and compliance audits, as well as internal control reviews designed to identify potential efficiencies, control enhancements, and process improvement opportunities. The Senior Internal Auditor works under minimal supervision on complex projects and may assist less experienced peers. This position has wide latitude for independent judgment and significant exposure to members of senior management.
