Job description

- Move filled/Empty Cages around staging or between buffers and stagging. - Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using powered industrial equipment. Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean and orderly fashion. On a daily basis, inspect assigned equipment. Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods and OSHA standards. - Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations. Efficiently stack and store product in the appropriate areas. - Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring the exact number and types of products are loaded and shipped. - Efficiently move product from staging and/or storage areas into rail cars, trailers, or containers. - Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Report quality variances. - Keep appropriate records and reports to guarantee that tight inventory control and security are maintained. Assist in physical inventories. Ensure proper stock rotation. - Follow customer requirements and/or other instructions to ensure accuracy: load count, stability of product, and that all products are loaded and unloaded safely. - Coordinate as n...
