Overview Summary: The Network Engineer Associate provides IT infrastructure engineering support for data center and infrastructure upgrades, changes, troubleshooting, relocation and migrations specializing in vendors solutions. Responsibilities: Essential Functions: - Assist with the configuration, deployment, and documentation of customer network solutions following company best practices - Support post-sales customer engagements under the guidance of senior network engineers - Perform day-to-day operational tasks including equipment inventory, asset tracking, and maintaining Excel-based asset workbooks - Organize, create, and update procedural documentation and technical instructions - Work with technical teams to help stage, configure, and inventory project materials - Assist in delivering network and wireless deployments to meet customer expectations - Perform basic troubleshooting of network, wireless, and RMA-related issues; escalate complex issues as needed - Assist in gathering and documenting customer network requirements - Support the development of implementation plans and change documentation - Participate in multiple projects concurrently while maintaining accurate doc...
