Responsibilities & Qualifications RESPONSIBILITIES: - Full Lifecycle Asset Management: meticulously maintain an inventory tracking system of over 8,000 IT assets supporting the National Military Command Center (NMCC) and associated Pentagon offices located in and around the National Capital Region. - End-to-End Coordination: manage all stockroom operations, including receiving, asset tagging, securing storage, and proper disposal of equipment according to strict government guidelines. - Reporting and Analysis: generate and deliver detailed asset inventory reports for critical infrastructure, including laptops, desktops, printers, telephone switches, multimedia devices, and servers. - Stakeholder Support: serve as a primary point of contact for asset management, providing a high level of customer service to leadership and technical teams within the NMCC, OSW, and JCS. - High-Stakes Inventory Control: perform regular, in-person physical inventory of assets located within theNMCC and the executive offices of the Secretary of War, Joint Chiefs of Staff, and office in and around the National Capital Region. - Secure Logistics: process equipment returns and repairs in accordance with pro...
