Investment Banking Department: We are currently recruiting interns to support the growing activity of our Investment Banking Department in our Healthcare team. Duties & Responsibilities: Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Mandates over a broad range of deal types including M&A, IPOs, Public Takeovers, and Private Placements for Pan-European and international growth companies - Drafting of client presentations including pitches, teasers, information memorandums, management presentations and valuation books - Performing company’s financial analyses, modelling and valuation (LBO, DCF, trading peers, transaction comps, etc.) - Assisting the deal team in the execution of transactions (reach out to investors, due diligences, Q&A, process tracking) - Other occasional tasks such as corpora...
