This role provides People Partnering support to line managers across Poland and Sweden, providing a complete HR generalist service; covering topics such as hiring, engagement, communications, employee relations, performance management, L&D interventions, talent management, reward and recognition. The jobholder will manage one People Partner in Poland, based in Wroclaw.
