The Clinical Services Rep assists the clinical staff by performing a variety of clerical tasks that ensure the efficiency of the unit and provide outstanding customer service to our patients and visitors. Unit library information, reference materials, appropriate policy/procedure manuals (hospitals, department, regulating bodies, government agencies) is accurately and orderly maintained on the unit as evidenced by easy retrieval. Patient diet list is accurately completed daily as evidenced by lack of complaints. Patient charges are accurately completed/entered into the computer system at all times. Accurately and appropriately receives, places, and transfers phone calls, and records and communicates messages; efficiently and accurately uses phones, intercoms and computer as evidenced by lack of complaints.
