This role requires a minimum of 3 days per week working in the Jacksonville FL office. SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES: This position is responsible for leading a team of analysts, analyzing healthcare data sets to profile markets and Complete Health's patient base. Providing recommendations based off sound data collected and analyzed to the senior leadership team for strategic decision making. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - Analyzes healthcare data sets (e.g., healthcare claims data, financial data, proprietary health data) using Microsoft Excel or SQL Server to profile markets and Complete Health patient base - Identifies key data points that will support insights or recommendations to senior leadership for strategic decision-making - Collaborates with team members to fully understand implications of analyses for the project - Engages other departments as necessary to align relevant business intelligence with market opportunity assessment - Completes research (e.g., competitor & market research, policy research) using available data tools, web search, industry news and white papers to create comprehensive market intelligence - Supports other ad-hoc requests from core businesses, as necessary -...
