Job DetailsJob Location: Salem - SALEM, VA 24153General Role Description Lead the strategic direction and hands-on execution of the Company’s learning and development initiatives. Plan, design, deliver, and evaluate all training programs. Ensure training is practical, engaging, and aligned with daily operations while supporting internal advancement, performance improvement, retention, and long-term workforce development. Duties & Responsibilities: Develop, in coordination with company leadership, and maintain the Company’s strategic learning and development plan while personally executing training initiatives from concept through delivery. Design, develop, facilitate, and present training programs for sales, operational, and leadership audiences using adult learning principles. Partner closely with managers and staff to identify training needs and translate functional challenges into effective learning solutions. Create hands-on training materials, job aids, presentations, facilitator guides, and learner resources tailored for day-to-day operational use.
