Job Title – Field Sales Consultant (Van) - Bournemouth/Salisbury/Southampton (Construction Industry) Reporting to – Area Sales Manager Summary: This exciting role is new to the South West Region. This is a van-based sales role focusing on developing a new customer base in the Construction industry covering Bournemouth & Southampton. You will also manage a small set of dormant accounts in the territory to regain customer loyalty, develop a defined sales territory, building strong relationships with professional customers while promoting Würth’s extensive range of products and solutions. You will be: responsible for delivering excellent customer service through regular face‑to‑face visits, selling products from the van and undertaking product demonstrations. The role requires strong planning, resilience, and a target‑driven mindset, supported by structured training, coaching, and clear career development opportunities.
