YOUR ROLE: Reporting to the Site Manager and based at our Berrinba QLD (40 McPhee Drive) facility, the Operations Manager leads warehouse operations across a multi-customer contract environment within our Contract Logistics division. You’ll oversee daily operations while leading a team of supervisors, inventory controllers, administrators and a large warehouse workforce of storepersons, ensuring safe, efficient and high-performing outcomes across the site. The role is responsible for delivering strong service and operational results while contributing to the contract P&L through effective budget management, cost control and operational efficiency.
