Job Type: Full-time: Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and evaluate architectural and electrical drawings - Produce accurate and timely lighting fixture and controls take-offs - Identify discrepancies in specifications and drawings with design team - Request pricing and lead times through manufacturers and sales reps - Produce comprehensive and timely lighting proposals - Upon project award, produce timely submittal packages - Review submittal approvals and update quotes accordingly - Review lighting changes within drawing bulletins/addendums and update quotes accordingly - Collaborate with S...
