You’ll also support occasional community outreach, such as local events or neighborhood promotions. Your role is all about making meaningful connections, understanding each person’s needs, and helping them take the next step toward better internet. A Day in the Life: Your day begins with reviewing your outreach list and prioritizing follow-ups. You’ll spend most of your time on the phone—calling households in newly available service areas, following up with past contacts, or answering questions about service options.
