Nemours Children's Health is hiring a casual Advanced Practice Provider (APP) - Hospital Medicine to provide direct and indirect care to patients and their families inpatient at Studer Family Children’s Hospital. This night shift (11:00pm to 8:00am) casual position will help cover associates on PTO FMLA or sick days. Must be capable of self-directed independent and collaborative practice. Strong communication and inter-professional skills are required as this role is a critical liaison between medical teams, nursing teams, and families. Qualifications: - Practices collaboratively with physicians and other health care providers to provide high quality healthcare to children. - Performs appropriate assessment of patient/family upon referral/admission. - Performs ongoing assessment and evaluation of patient progress and revision of interdisciplinary plan of care. - May use prescriptive authority if appropriately credentialed to do so. Collaborates inter-professionally as needed.
