Contract Specialist

Job description

About the role: You will report directly to the Director of Contracts, and this is an onsite office position. You will review and administer supply chain and procurement contracts—including service agreements, consulting contracts, software licenses, and equipment rentals. You will work with Legal and Insurance to negotiate vendor terms, manage language changes, and ensure compliance with internal approval processes. Responsibilities include analyzing complex contract terms (warranty, indemnity, liability, insurance), supporting corporate and plant partners from contract initiation through completion, and managing contract files, amendments, deadlines, and audit documentation. You will also support acquisition/divestiture activities and oversee Statements of Work and contracts tied to IST and Administrative Services.
