Job description

We are seeking an experienced Head of UK and Ireland to lead our commercial organization in UKI (Total revenue of ~100 mln EUR) and play a pivotal role as community leader for the UKI region. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the commercial plan for your own geographical market area, ensuring the achievement of agreed sales objectives and sustainable business growth. This position offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping commercial strategy, driving sales performance, and developing organizational capabilities within a global business framework. Your Role and Responsibilities: Commercial Strategy & Management: Develop and implement a long-term commercial focus on external partnerships, strategic investments, and innovation (3+ years ahead).
