Must be able to work flexible hours REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES: ◦ Add new parts ◦ Recommended spare parts to inventory ◦ Add barcodes to parts and bins ◦ Attach item picture to parts ◦ Determine reorder points (Min/Max) ◦ Receive parts into iMaint CMMS ▪ Handle the necessary paperwork to procure inventory parts and supplies ▪ Receive parts and supplies into iMaint (Work Request, Work Orders, Parts, Kitting, Purchasing) ▪ Partner with finance on invoicing approvals ▪ Receive UPS, FedEx, Maintenance, Production, Shipping/Receiving (Warehouse), Quality, Sanitation and Storeroom related items ▪ Issue and track Bill of Ladings ◦ Manage physical Inventory: manage, create, and conduct physical cycle counts ◦ Run inventory reports, analyze metrics ◦ Help customers locate parts ◦ Manage inventory transactions ◦ Issue parts through iMaint ◦ Evaluate item usage ◦ Return items to work order in system ◦ Physically return item to stockroom ◦ Look for vendor buy back opportunities ◦ Understand/conduct a 5-year inactive review of inventory ◦ Investigate internal transfers ◦ Initiate vendor buyback process ◦ Follow scrap process We offer an hourly rate of $28-$32.
