Description Position Summary: Responsible for the development, implementation, and administration of all Human Resources activities including recruitment, compensation, employee relations, leaves of absence, benefits, and training. This position supervises the Human Resources Manager and Benefits Manager. Essential Functions: - Directs the development and implementation of all Human Resources activities and practices. - Formulates and administers policies and procedures for the Human Resources department and recommends policies and practices to senior management. - Responsible for the overall successful management and leadership of the Human Resources staff including selection, training and development, performance management and coaching to ensure department objectives are met. - Demonstrates a positive attitude in daily interactions.
