Position Overview: Reporting to the Service Supervisor and Service Manager, this role is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installation of commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate is experienced, motivated, and ready to take ownership of their work while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment including built-up systems, package units, boilers, chillers, and control systems Perform routine preventative maintenance on various HVAC systems Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, providing accurate explanations of issues and solutions Follow troubleshooting guides to identify problems efficiently Ensure systems meet safety and operational standards before completing service Mentor junior technicians both in person and over the phone Assist in coordin...
