HVI Quality Managers, 2nd and 3rd Shifts

Job description

We're looking for HVI Quality Manager across 2nd & 3rd Shifts to ensures that all Topps and Fanatics Collectibles products are manufactured to the highest standards of quality, integrity, and timeliness. The HVI Quality Manager also focuses on optimizing automation, processes, managing staff and maintaining safety standards within the plant. This position interfaces with a range of internal product development teams and the breadth of our external supply chain. The Quality Manager reports directly to the Vice President of Quality Assurance and Compliance. This position is in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and is in person. Ability to work extended hours, including overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays as production demands. Experience/Education: - Bachelor’s degree preferred - 7-10 years in quality assurance and managing teams in a manufacturing environment - 3-5 years in a supervisory or management role Quality Assurance Experience: - Experience in developing and maintaining quality control systems - Proven ability to manage quality assurance programs and ensure compliance within set standards - Proven ability to work cross functionally to define quality parameters, align SOP’s,...
