Includes but is not limited to assisting all personnel involved in AEP's Talent Acquisition process with organizational and administrative tasks. Able to carry out work in an accurate and timely manner. Works under limited supervision. Primary job functions require some independent judgment. Job Description: What you’ll do: - Partners with Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure an efficient, effective, and compliant staffing process delivering a positive candidate experience. - Schedules interviews, coordinating with candidates, managers and interview teams.
