Job description: Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Medical Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for patients, physicians, and staff. This role is responsible for answering and directing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, registering new patients, and ensuring smooth operations in a busy clinical trial setting. You will help recruit for ongoing and new clinical studies, providing patients with relevant study information and ensuring they are registered and scheduled in accordance with protocol.
