Job Title: Senior Tooling Planner, Injection Molding Job Description: The Role: Our site s in Colorado Springs, CO are seeking a centralized Senior Tooling Planner to join the team . The Tooling Planner (Injection Molding) is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating injection molding tooling activities across two sites to support production requirements. This role ensures molds and tooling are available, maintained, and optimized to meet production and New Product Development (NPD) schedules. A key focus of this position is driving and maintaining high schedule adherence across tooling and production plans. The role also manages tooling-related personnel resources and scheduling priorities across two shared locations, ensuring alignment, efficient utilization, and minimal production disruption. Assures manufacture of tools, molds , jigs, fixtures, patterns, templates, models, form blocks, plastic tooling, Manufacturing Test Equipment (MTE) and other tooling jobs are on schedule.
