JOB DESCRIPTION: Training Supervisor Supervises, coaches, trains, develops and evaluates Training Specialist staff members in multiple locations. Responsible for ensuring delivery of SLAs in all Logistics Centers for annual training. Assists the Sr. Quality Manager with the development of resource plans and budget in support of maintaining training efficiencies in each center in line with Corporate Logistics' strategic objectives. Responsible for delivery of functional End User-level training. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Able to build solid, effective working relationships with others. Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
