We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Somerset to assist with the appointment of a HRA Interim Senior Lead Compliance , on a 3-month contract , likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay: £368.68 - £514.00 per day Summary: An experienced HRA Interim Senior Lead Compliance is required to lead and manage property compliance services across Somerset Council's housing portfolio. The role is responsible for ensuring all property safety compliance activities meet current legislation, regulatory requirements, and best practice standards across areas including fire safety, asbestos, water hygiene, gas safety, electrical safety, lifts, and radon compliance. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, oversee compliance contracts and audits, manage specialist teams, and ensure the Council maintains safe and compliant housing stock for tenants and residents.
