Part-Time Retail Supervisor

Flowerama is looking for looking for hardworking, upbeat, dependable part-time individuals for day, evening, and weekend shifts. Our Florist and Gift store is seeking qualified applicants who have strong customer service and / or retail experience. Requirements: - Previous retail sales experience. - Excellent customer service experience. - Strong telephone skills and ability to establish rapport with customers. - Familiarity with florist business helpful but not mandatory. - Floral Design experience. - Ability to work as part of a team while completing tasks in a timely manner - Typing Ability (30 WPM) - Point of Sales experience is a plus - Strong communications and strong interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication ability - Ability to lift 40lbs unassisted - Ability to stand up to 8 hours daily, and up to 10 hours seasonally - Commitment to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced creative environment. We are open Monday - Friday 7:30am-7pm, Saturday 8am-7pm, and Sunday 10am-4pm. The management team gets Sundays off during non-seasonal times.
