Description LifeSouth Community Blood Centers is seeking an experienced and detail oriented Financial Services Manager to join our team, in Gainesville, FL . This position oversees core financial operations, manages staff, and ensures compliance with organizational policies and deadlines. It provides leadership across accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, payroll, and revenue cycle functions, driving accuracy and efficiency while supporting the organization’s mission to provide a safe blood supply and exceptional service to the community. The Financial Services Manager will work closely with leadership to analyze financial data, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
