Scrum Master (E3480) - 260056 : KNW-C60 Description: Job Summary: IEEE is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support cross functional product teams within its scaled Product Delivery Model. This role partners as a peer to Product Owners, drives delivery predictability within Planning Intervals, and contributes to cross team coordination and governance across the assigned product area. The Scrum Master enables predictable, high quality delivery aligned to enterprise priorities by facilitating team execution within Planning Intervals, removing impediments, strengthening team capability, and ensuring transparency of progress and outcomes. This is an opportunity to operate in a maturing, enterprise level Agile environment where transparency, alignment, and predictable execution matter.
