General Description: We are seeking a Paralegal - Real Estate to join our team. The Paralegal – Real Estate will assist attorneys and practice groups in real estate financing transactions, acquisitions, and development projects, including preparing legal documents, conducting research, compiling data, preparing document drafts, and maintain responsibility for files, calendars, and meetings. Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions: Gather, organize, summarize and index documents from various sources. Prepare and organize real estate closing documents, including loan agreements, mortgages, deeds, and title documents. Conduct title searches and review title commitments and surveys. Assist with due diligence for real estate acquisitions and development projects. Coordinate with lenders, title companies, and other parties to facilitate closings.
