We’re looking for a driven and detail-focused Finance Team Leader to join our Royalties function, leading our Rights Processing team at the heart of the business. This team plays a crucial role in ensuring that the financial elements of rights contracts are accurately interpreted within our royalty system. In this role, you’ll help safeguard the integrity of our royalties data while supporting the smooth running of a key financial operation. As a people leader, you’ll manage and develop a team of Rights Administrators, setting clear goals, driving performance, and creating a positive, motivated team environment. You’ll bring a solid finance background and people management experience, but you don’t need prior experience in Rights or Royalties — we’ll provide full training to support your development. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys combining technical accuracy with team leadership in a new and specialist area.
