Seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Project Manager, preferably with Data Center experience for a direct hire, long-term opportunity in Glen Allen, VA. Pay : $110K to 150K annually based on experience Plus : 10-15% year end bonus! $14,400 vehicle allowance annually! 4 weeks of vacation! Schedule : M-F (7 am to 4:30 pm) Responsibilities for Electrical Project Manager: - Management of all project team members (Project Engineers, Senior Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Field Office Coordinators). - Mentor, develop, and train team members for fast-paced growth. - 100% detailed/hands-on knowledge of project scope. - Cost control, billings, and collections for assigned project. - Act as the key point of contact with owner and architect. - Challenge and support jobsite as well as self-perform work teams. - Accountability for project completion and financials, critical success factors, and customer satisfaction results.
