In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring efficient planning, coordination, and follow-up of service activities for our technical organization. You will be responsible for managing service agreements, scheduling service visits, and supporting technicians by optimizing and maintaining the dispatch board. This is a coordinating role with many touchpoints, where accuracy, communication, and the ability to prioritize are essential. You will report to the Technical Support Manager and work closely with technicians, customers, and internal stakeholders. This is a temporary position for a period of one year, with the possibility of extension, and a preferred start date as soon as possible.
