Job Description: As a Senior GRC & Technology Frameworks Manager, you'll lead the enterprise GRC platform as a strategic product architect and serve as a people and delivery leader accountable for driving execution, capability development, and sustained adoption. You'll align business capabilities, processes, data, and technology to enable consistent governance and decision-ready insight. You'll also serve as the system-level enablement lead for the Operational Risk & Return Management (ORRM) framework—with accountability for ensuring the ORRM framework is operable, integrated, scalable, and decision-ready through the enterprise GRC platform, ensuring that ORRM workflows, data structures, reporting, and governance needs (e.g., ORRC/RRC decision support) are consi...
