Your Role & Responsibilities Supervise maintenance duties in a safe manner. Directs and coordinates the job functions of Maintenance Technicians Ensure the safety of all operations and employees during shift Supervise all preventative maintenance duties: Complete all paperwork and/or electronic updates as required Initiates personnel actions such as promotions, transfers, discharges, or disciplinary measures Responsible for training of all employees in department Regular use of heavy industrial shop tools and equipment Professional interaction with internal and external customers Project Management and bid securement ​ Your Profile: Education and Experience: Must maintain an excellent safety and attendance record Ability to operate a fork lift Ability to understand and execute process descriptions applicable to the job Ability to perform physical requirements of the job (prolonged physical exertions, including standing, lifting, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, kneeling, climbing and working in awkward positions and light areas).
