Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and execution of omnichannel strategies, ensuring synergy and best practice sharing across Business Units. Collaborate with Brand & Customer Managers on building Customer Omnichannel Engagement plan, including customer journeys, content strategies and channel mixes. Translate brand strategies into actionable, data-driven campaign plans, coordinating execution across multiple channels. Partner with CRM and SFE teams to ensure campaigns are measurable and integrated with data flows and systems, and build, maintain and analyze metrics across all channels. Oversee the content lifecycle, including ideation, creation, editing, approval, publishing, and distribution as well as manage agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality outputs on time and on budget.
