This role includes providing accurate information to the general public, addressing concerns, and upholding superior customer service standards. In addition to these duties, the Parking Supervisor is tasked with supervising and coordinating the activities of Parking Attendants. This includes scheduling shifts, training new staff, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with operational procedures and safety regulations.
